the breakfast was very good. the hotel had helpful, friendly service too!!! it was a nice clean looking hotel. the wall street theme decor was good.
the showerhead couldn't handle its own pressure. it moved as you used it, so badly it wasn't even touching you anymore. it was very annoying to try to keep the showerhead stable and the water flow inside of the shower.

i found the room spacious and clean. staff members were always available and helpful (especially with directions).
the shampoo and shower gel bottles were almost empty upon arrival. there was barely enough for one person to use, even though two guests were booked in the room.

The location proved to be superb, placing me within easy walking distance of major tourist spots. I found the bed in my room very comfy. I appreciated that the room was a good size for a solo traveler. The gym offered sufficient equipment for a quick workout.
The room service schedule required daily confirmation, a little inconvenient.

The location was excellent, near museum island, and a u-bahn stop was very close, it was also quiet at night. the room was well-equipped with an iron, ironing board, and even a sewing kit. I liked that the staff was very polite and professional.
Unfortunately, when i arrived, the room wasn't properly cleaned. There was hair on the floor and the bathroom wasn't super clean. the shower gel pump also didn't work . I told reception, but it wasn't fixed.

the location was wonderful. it was close to the u2 line, so getting around was easy. the staff impressed me (they were so helpful and kind!). i found the room to be very very comfy and tidy.
the door to my room didn't shut properly unless slammed. if not, it would open wide on its own. i think this issue should be addressed to improve guest comfort and security.
